The Begining

I wanted to start this blog earlier this year when I started on my diet and excercise program, but I haven't had the time to. I started earlier this year to try to lose weight. I started eating more healthier and cutting out some "junk" food. I also started working out at Healthquest Wellness through Johnston Health and doing Zumba. Yes, Zumba! I thought I would hate it, but I love it!!! I lost 17 pounds through healthy eating, excercise and of course medication changes as well.

I have had a set back since March 12th, I fell on March 12th and have a knee injury. It is taking a long time to heal, etc. I can't wait until the doctors release me back to full activity, including the gym and no work restrictions.

I will be posting pictures soon, I hope. I have to get myself back in healthy eating mode, I can't let stress and lack of mobility stop my weight loss and reaching my goals.
